strengthen our multilayered security
approach, and leverage AI-driven
analytics to enhance real-time
threat detection and response.
Our commitment to continuous
improvement and adaptation is
stronger than ever, as we prepare
to counter the sophisticated threats
of tomorrow.
• We will continue to conduct
simulated privacy and data security
exercises to prepare employees in
case of a privacy or security incident
and use learnings from simulated
exercises to improve the company’s
incident response programs.
• We will continue to roll out our
refreshed Code of Conduct and
subsequent training program, as
well as continue to highlight the
most common ethical questions
and concerns via an advice column
published on our company intranet.
• We will build on the success of
2024’s Lighten Up Week by actively
communicating with, educating
and encouraging employees
to know what we have and to
understand how to classify it, where
to store it and how long to keep
it for improved records and data
management.
• We will continue to keep the
board apprised of governance
developments and monitor new
privacy and security laws to ensure
compliance and transparency.
