College and the Enterprise Mobility
Foundation’s collision engineering
program, supporting a pipeline
of talent that will help better serve
our customers.
• We will fund an SBP Resilience
Fellow in a high-need community
for two years; the fellow will focus
on supporting local communities
to secure federal and state disaster
prevention and response funding.
• We will expand from four to six builds
nationally with Rebuilding Together
and will serve as joint presenting
sponsor with CAN and Guidewire for
Thurgood Marshall’s 2025 Innovation
Challenges, providing an engaging
skills-based volunteer opportunity
for targeted leaders.

enhanced demographic data such
as ethnicity, salary band and zip
code to identify gaps in coverage
and social determinants of health
to promote access to quality and
affordable healthcare and employee
and dependent engagement.
• We will implement medical plan
design changes, lowering copays
and out-of-pocket maximums
to increase affordability and
accessibility to care.
• We will hire a registered dietitian
nutritionist to provide a nutrition
education program with a focus
on food insecurity in a social
and supportive setting and will
implement a weight loss program
focused on clinical counseling,
building long-term healthy habits
and subsidized meal delivery.
• We will implement enhanced
bonding leave and a comprehensive
and culturally diverse maternity
program that supports mothers
with pregnancy, childcare and back
to work.
• We will continue to advance mental
health by executing our strategy for
companywide mental well-being.
