Inclusive sourcing
CSAA continues to demonstrate
that supplier inclusion isn’t just good
practice—it’s smart business. Our
inclusive sourcing efforts supported
approximately 4,000 jobs across
the economy. These jobs span not
only our direct supplier partners, but
also ripple through indirect suppliers
and the communities where their
employees live and work.
As a result of this impact, CSAA
generated an estimated $158 million
in total compensation. This figure
represents the wages, salaries, and
benefits earned by the people whose
work is supported—directly, indirectly,
or through induced economic
activity—by our inclusive supplier
spending. These are real dollars
fueling households, strengthening
local economies, and reinforcing the
power of inclusive procurement to
drive shared prosperity.
By intentionally investing in a broad
base of suppliers, CSAA is not only
building a more diverse supply
chain—we’re expanding opportunity,
supporting families, and contributing
to economic resilience across the
communities we serve.
