Supporting and Empowering
Employees with Disabilities (SEED)
curated several key events to connect
employees and caregivers with vital
resources and support, including
Leave and Accommodations,
Disability 101, and Disability
Empowerment sessions. Through
a series of publications for Disability
Pride Month, National Disability
Employment Awareness Month and
Caregivers Month, SEED provided
education, amplified employee
voices and fostered connections
across CSAA.
CSAA’s Women’s Professional
Network launched “Broadening
the Circle,” a series promoting
intersectionality and collaboration
among culture groups. The first event,
held during Asian American and Native
Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI)
Heritage Month with the Pan Asian
Connection, attracted more than
200 attendees and explored the
complexities of gender and culture.
The second event, in partnership with
the Black Employees Association,
drew about 100 attendees.
