From our CEO
The FLEX Culture Group, which
exists to support the career and
professional development of all
employees, supported Professional
Development Month in April 2024.
FLEX supported eight live sessions
that provided education, exposure
and experience with more than
1,300 employees participating.
FLEX members are committed to
offering these types of programs
going forward.

The Inclusion Collective revitalized
the Inclusion Conversation series with
a timely content update and rebrand,
enhancing the learning experience
for all participants. This forum offers
employees a brave and open space to
discuss and collaborate. Through group
discussions, employees learn from
one another to foster a more inclusive
culture at CSAA.
Military Appreciation Group (MAG)
leveraged external connections to
grow engagement and awareness
to military service and experiences.
MAG invited a West Point guest
speaker to share his inspiring story
with CSAA. It also co-sponsored
the Pat Tillman Foundation 20th
annual run for the fourth year in a
row, allocating 30 CSAA-sponsored
entries to Pat’s Run.
Pan Asian Connection (PAC)
championed the "I Choose My Future:
Asian Americans for Community
Involvement” essay contest, with
22 members supporting the “Growing
Up in America (GUA)” art, essay and
video contest for K-12 students.
This initiative attracts 400-600
participants annually and offers 10
cash prizes, including a $1,000 grand
prize, encouraging youth to explore
cultural identity creatively.
