A culture of care and accountability
The employee experience is critical
to our business success. Employees
who are highly engaged and feel
they can bring an authentic version
of themselves to work are more
likely to be strongly committed to
the organization and provide better
customer service and help us achieve
our business goals.
To that end, CSAA fully supports
a wide variety of employee resource
and culture groups that bring
employees together. Open to all
employees, these groups create
opportunities to build belonging,
and ensure we are an inclusive
organization meeting the needs of
our employees and customers.
They also allow us to identify areas
for improvement and to celebrate
the differences–and commonalities–
among us.
In 2024, our employee resource
groups (ERGs) strategically focused
on boosting engagement, increasing
awareness and fostering connections.
These initiatives led to several
impactful cross-collaborations,
generating enthusiasm for future
involvement among employees.
The following pages offer a snapshot
of what happened with some of our
ERGs and culture groups in 2024.
