From our CEO
integrating our sustainability work
across our business and to
continuously striving to do better.
CSAA’s environmental sustainability
goals are now embedded across all
divisions in the organization, with
each group working closely with our
sustainability lead to determine
and implement goals.
As CSAA’s business operations
directly add to the impact of climate
change, it is our responsibility to
reduce our impact and be environmental stewards through our actions.
We want to lead by example and
actively effect change.
For these reasons, we are deeply
committed to our climate journey, to

In 2024, CSAA’s efforts to accelerate
environmental stewardship were much
more visible across the company as
we increased engagement with our
employees and board of directors
around our climate journey.
Through town hall meetings, lunch
and learns, leveraging the employee
intranet, our employee sustainability
culture group and our Go Green
guide, we continue to strengthen
internal literacy around climate
change and our company’s climate
journey to reduce our impact.

Go Green Benefit
Go Green webinars
For all the environmental benefits
of working from home, we had more
control over CSAA’s energy emissions
when most employees worked in
offices. It’s been challenging to
influence a reduction in employee
work-from-home emissions. With
that in mind, in 2024 we implemented
the Go Green Benefit program.
This decarbonization strategy offers
employees financial incentives
to purchase green electricity for
home offices, supports employees
with solar energy and encourages
climate-friendly commuting for inoffice employees. In year two, we’re
reimagining Go Green to increase
accessibility and participation across
the organization.
Across auto clubs in North
America (AAA/CAA Sustainability
Collaborative), we hold monthly
sustainability meetings to share
information and best practices.
This year the collaborative hosted
three Go Green webinars for
all employees focused on sustainable
efforts at home, work and in
the community.
